8 weeks post partum

Hitting the gym for some cardio has felt SO good. Oh how I’ve missed a good sweat. Started doing sit ups and other abdominal strength exercises and omg my muscles are so weak! I’ve never felt myself this weak and it’s trippy haha. Starting to slowly gain some definition back, but its hard to be consistent with workouts since baby girl has her own schedule and that always comes first! 😀

After the loss of our first pregnancy, we took a much needed vacation to Costa Rica to enjoy each other and clear our minds. Well, as luck would have it, we brought home much more than great memories and great tans...our own little Costa Rican souvenir. Here is our journey!
