Getting in the groove!

First trip out to the grocery store and….it was a success! And I am so overwhelmed by people’s kindness!

Princess, you hate your car seat, plus I needed to push a shopping cart, so I opted to carry you in your sling. You didn’t fuss once! I think you love to be carried close to my body so you were happy as a clam!

We got several oohs and awwws from store employees and customers wanting to know how old you were and remarking that you were just so cute and tiny! It made mommy so happy. 🙂

And then as we were checking out, a very nice and attentive gentleman in front of us offered to unload our groceries! What? That was SO sweet! I always get embarrassed when people offer help so I politely declined and told him that it was super sweet of him to offer! Then a very sweet woman got in line behind us and she offered to unload our groceries too! Wow, so humbled by kindness tonight. 🙂

The cashier insisted we get help out to the car, so I accepted the help and we were on our way. Success! We both did awesome I think haha.

Oh and our petunia pickle bottom diaper bag got a couple compliments too! I love it. It’s very functional and tre cute! 😉

Getting into the groove of life again, but its so much more fun now!
