Happy 29 weeks my little monkey!! This last week has flown by so quickly because we’ve been up to so many things! Classes, appointments and more! There’s just so much to do before you get here so we’ve been busy busy busy! Lots of new posts coming to share with you what’s been going on over here. Cheers to another week my princess!
Here’s what you look like from the outside this week!
Look baby girl, Mama got her hair done! Back to the red I had when you were conceived in Costa Rica, Woo!
Symptoms: Fetal movement, sciatica, braxton hicks, furry tummy, transforming belly button, vaginal discharge, hungry, hormonal, frequent urination, insomnia, upper back pain, fatigue, easily winded, linea negra.
Weight Gain: 15lbs
Here’s what babycenter.com has to say about your development this week:
Your baby now weighs about 2 1/2 pounds (like a butternut squash) and is a tad over 15 inches long from head to heel. His muscles and lungs are continuing to mature, and his head is growing bigger to make room for his developing brain. To meet his increasing nutritional demands, you’ll need plenty of protein, vitamins C, folic acid, and iron. And because his bones are soaking up lots of calcium, be sure to drink your milk (or find another good source of calcium, such as cheese, yogurt, or enriched orange juice). This trimester, about 250 milligrams of calcium are deposited in your baby’s hardening skeleton each day.
29 weeks and counting my lovely girl! Congratulations! I love you!!
